A historic space that holes up to 300 guests is one of the main venues chosen for its exposed brick and concrete floors. It is also temprature controlled giving it the ability to host weddings year round in Minnesota.

Three Main

Rustic and raw, Three Main offers a unique ceremony location with vintage chandeliers and beautiful red doors as a back drop. The space offers a dramatic effect with a wide open room and plenty of space for up to 300 peoplr.

Two South

Located within the Machine Shop Building, there is an original train track aisle to a that makes for an extremely unique ceremony location. This venue space at The Northern Pacific center is industrial and breathtaking. Currently it is only available during the months of May-November to offer the most comfortable climate in such a large area.

Luminary

Made for a micro-wedding in Brainerd, MN, The Luminary offers a climate controlled venue for up to 50 people. You can have your ceremony & reception all in one space. It is the perfect set up for a simple ceremony and a cocktail hour for you to mingle with your guests.

While touring the space, I got the opportunity to chat with Grace, the Vice President of Operations who was extremely helpful and know the grounds in and out. I asked her 3 key questions so check out what she had to say in her own words:

1. What is the best advice you could give to a couple who books with/is booked at NPC?
   • I would tell them that our Wedding Dashboard page has so many good pieces of advice for them to explore from room layout examples, checklists to keep their planning on track, frequently asked questions, past photo galleries and more! It’s something that we keep adding helpful tips to! Something I wish I had back in 2017 for my day and the reason I created it! I’d live on this page if I was booked with NPC!

     Another small piece of advice would be not to stress too much about the decorations! Our wood farmhouse tables, gold chiavari chairs, and dinnerware settings are so beautiful on their own!
2. What makes NPC the best northern MN venue? 
   • Truly it is the most unique historic space, and is inspiring to experience in person. It’s a 150 year old backdrop that cannot be duplicated or recreated. It’s beautiful on its own just the way it stands with its historic brick, train track aisles, steel beams, and incredible industrial architecture! Whether the wedding is black tie or more casual, it sets the tone for an evening your guests will never forget. No need to worry about the weather on your wedding day when your spaces are the perfect photo spots! Also being an up north Brainerd Lakes Area venue guests will make a weekend out of it! There’s no excuse for them to leave the party early to head home! I’d invite couples to come see for themselves! Schedule a tour! There’s 47 acres of land and multiple businesses onsite too! Grab coffee at Loco Espress, take a venue tour, and then stop at our restaurant Notch 8 for lunch afterwards!  
3. What are the top 3 favorite things offered to couples when booking with NPC?
   • Complimentary 8-hour rentals in each of the getting ready suites with included drinks/snacks too! 
   • Complimentary furniture lounge set from our rental warehouse with any reception rental. Couples get to curate their own selections! If the ceremony is onsite, we also include an arbor/arch too! 
   • Our string lights and chandeliers in every space always stay up! The only decor you need!
